I've been building operations for about 20 years — not advising from the outside, but getting in and building from scratch. Forestry logistics in sub-Saharan Africa. Home remodeling companies in the United States. Real estate across multiple markets. Hi-tech corporates and early-stage startups in Israel. Healthcare, construction, professional services.

Different industries, different continents — but the same ceiling every time. Good teams spending too much of their day on work that shouldn't need a person anymore. The manual routing, the copy-paste, the follow-up that falls through because no one had a minute.

More recently I've focused specifically on CRM architecture and AI agent systems — including time at monday.com where I saw firsthand what the right operational infrastructure unlocks at scale. The approach: map the actual workflow first. Then build the system around it. That order matters more than people think.

SimpleOps is intentionally small. You work directly with me. When a build needs a specific skill — a developer, an integration specialist — I bring in the right person. But the design, the architecture, and the accountability are mine from start to finish.
